This is a one-evening, essential introduction to the Tibetan Buddhist
practice of meditation, as taught by Sogyal Rinpoche. You will be
introduced to a simple but profound method for calming the mind and
finding inner peace.
Introduction to Meditation runs weekly, on Thursdays, at the London
Centre. Having attended this evening, students can then join the What
Meditation Really Is course, which also runs on Thursday evenings.
